Side note- I left my job early to do a month long yoga course in Mysore on Ashtanga Vinyasa instead of looking for an internship at a VC fund / startup before I go for my MBA because REALLY needed a break from the rat race

Also I’m going to be this fit physically only in my 20s

taylor's lover if you’re looking for something gentle specifically for bloating/digestion yoga with adriene has some good ones (like this one). but i also love hot yoga and especially vinyasa yoga bc it feels like it just purges everything out and builds strength
