2024.5/20-3：実は1ヵ月半前くらいから腕や足にポツッ（←ポツポツが多い）とした黒い点が出始めてビビってた。朝はなかったのに夜にできてるとか、前の晩はなかったのに朝見たら増えてる！といった感じに出現するので、こんなGVHDある？年齢的にシミ？ってドギマギしてた。画像は最初に発見した黒点。

腸の急性GVHDは即日対処要

現在の状態は
常時腹痛（痛み10段階中3）
※普通の人ならトイレに駆け込む痛み

数分〜数時間に1回は痛み7程度あり（2〜3分で落ち着く）
栄養は全て点滴から
HbA1cが高いため毎日4回血糖値測定

ここ1週間は平衡状態です。

造血幹細胞移植後に気腫が出現❗: Thoracic air leak syndrome(TALS)

✅TALS: 間質性肺気腫,気胸,縦隔気腫の総称

✅allo(同種移植)~2.3% >> 非allo

✅高リスク: 低BMI,AML,背景肺疾患
👉慢性GVHDとしてBO/OPがあるとTALS発生が最大20%に上昇

✅治療: 保存加療 or ドレナージ

今日の通院。肝臓の数値は高いまま。

　相変わらず少し動くだけで息苦しくなる、

　ステロイドがここ1ヶ月で20mgから10mgに減ったのでそのせいかと聞いてみたけど、直接的には関係ないそう。でも減らした事でGVHDが起きてるかも知れないから来週今度はCTを取ることに。原因だけでもわかってくれ😭

昨日、移植コーディネーターさんに久しぶりに会った、「日焼けは今後気をつけてね！皮膚癌のリスクやGVHDが強く出てしまうから」ヒーッ😨今一度気を引き締める❗️👇日焼け対策セット購入。。まだやる事あるかな

My best friend Mary was diagnosed w/ Leukemia in 2011, & she defeated the cancer back in 2015. In late 2015, her body was incredibly weak from the aggressive chemo and she was diagnosed w/ GVHD which caused lungs to collapsed a few days before her lung transplant.

今日、定期外来で採血結果が良かったわけではないのですが、GVHD が出てるわけではなかったようなのでステロイドが一旦終了となりました

明日から薬が減って１ヶ月経過観察するみたいです😊
