This is a growing trend in North America that I reported on in my book. I was struck by how unions I reached out to refused to even discuss it--why? And has anyone seen any reports or anything to indicate growing awareness/concern about it more widely?

New Brunswick pushing forced interventions against drug users. What's most striking is the blithe way the govt suggests they may also use a special clause in Canada's constitution/Charter of Rights to forbid court challenges. So prejudiced & draconian.
