12 mins on hold to booking.com and I got cut off. The Secret Barrister Martin Lewis can anyone advise? I've tried Live Chat, Messaging on the App, emails, Tweets, phoning. They cancelled my accommodation and are making it as difficult as possible to get a refund.

4 weeks since Booking.com cancelled the accommodation I booked and paid for and after numerous messages via their app, emails and Twitter I still haven't had the money (over £850!) refunded.
I guess I give up and will have to claim via PayPal .
