After spending many hours on the couch (🤧🤕🤒) I found energy to cook dinner.
I’m making my lazy, even more unconventional butter chicken. It may be time to give this dish its own name.… maybe Butter Chicken Meatballs!

My 12 yo decided she wanted tl make dinner tonight. She made 2 different kinds of fries (truffle parm and italian herb and garlic) and burgers. Not bad at all for her first time unsupervised.

Lunch is messy, hot, and a heck of a lot. The remains of a smoked pork loin smothered in caramelized onion/red bell gravy, over rice. Controlled burns closeby, and can’t play outside for the smoke. Need comfort food. This is working. Garden salad to the side. #twittersupperclub
