Okay, this was hard

A huge jump from last week (+5kg).

But, I got a bit more on my top set.

I'll add 2.5 kg next week.

Overall It was a pretty good session.

6 good reps near the end of my workout, trying to focus on technique.

Doing them weighted in the last few weeks has really helped.

My disciple just got his first muscle up with only 2 months of training.

He went from barely being able to do 3-4 pull-ups to doing 12 strict form pull-ups within 1 ½ months
