The cause was likely methadone induced hypoglycaemia, which can be dose related.

I had a CGM in december to measure blood sugar for a week or so, and I was also having very interesting dreams. The CGM was showing my blood sugar go up to 300+, then crash to ~40, before going back up.. I see things suggesting hypoglycaemia can cause vivid dreams/hallucinations
