Completely forgot to take photos of the assembly process. You’ll just have to believe me that it had to all be handsewing & was obnoxious. The last step is to give these paws a haircut - I love seeing the difference a trim makes!

If you're curious why I've gotten into handsewing so much in the last couple years... it's because I enjoy sitting in comfy chairs watching youtube vidjas.

I am slowly getting better and better with the sewing machine and it makes me so happy. With my fingers being as unstable as they are, knowing I can do smaller details - or large pieces - without handsewing is so, so nice ;w;

im usually a big fan of the mattress stitch (or whatever variation of it i use) for its seamlessness but i wasnt exactly looking forward to handsewing 60+ squares together and im really liking this corded look of the jaygo i feel like it really brings the colours together
