We never should have gotten the final shot of Bruce Wayne & Selina Kyle in the restaurant in #TheDarkKnightRises . The shot right before the platform lift/cut-to-black with Robin should have just been Michael Caine likely spotting them, with a glimmer of recognition & happiness..
