Did you know that HIV treatment in the Philippines is FREE by law? DOH has a free HIV ART & OI treatment program and PHilHealth is mandated to provide an outpatient medical & diagnostics benefit package.

Filipinos with #HIV (incldg #LGBTQIA ) received only one bottle of #ARV due to ARV stockout, or when #treatmenthubs hostage ARVs until #PhilHealth is paid. Truth: DOH has procurement issues, some hubs profit off #PLHIV , and some HIV “leaders” refuse to act.

So many doors will open when you realize that it's okay to start over. Remember that.
