#manchestermarathon 2024: 2:52.06. Almost a 6-minute PB and hopefully a London Good For Age (at 39). So many people to thank, but foremost among them are Alan Couzens, Stephen Seiler and Marco Altini, PhD for completely changing the way I train and coach others. Salute!
First marathon done.
Time: 3 hours 10 minutes.
I was on course for a sub three hour finish until my left leg cramped up at 21 miles. Big kiss blow to Molly Burton at the finish!

Mission accomplished. Sub 5 marathon and knocked 40 minutes off my pb. Last 5 miles were my hardest ever with constant calf cramps. Glad I took today off work. 😀 #ManchesterMarathon
