A year ago I was housebound, constant pain, living off mashed potato and running to the loo hourly.
Yesterday I went to a pal’s wedding, ate+drank like a queen.
Today I put in a monstrous shift at work.

Today is #WorldIBDDay , but Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are affecting the lives of many people daily, and the prevalence of IBD is increasing. Hopefully, there will be a cure one day soon. Through innovation, collaboration & fierce advocacy, we will get there. 💜
