In California, if someone purchases a child for s*x, it carries a MAXIMUM of 1 year in jail. It’s only a MISDEMEANOR.

Bills to raise the penalties to a felony were BLOCKED multiple times since 2014.

Social justice groups oppose this bill.

Criminals who purchase children for sex will have a special place in hell, but until then I want their crimes to be -at a minimum- a felony with a long prison term. Support my bill, #SB1414 - give these criminals a home in prison, not out on our streets.
