Saw Morna Young’s amazing adaptation of Sunset Song (co-prod by Dundee Rep The Lyceum) last night Eden Court Highlands. It’s so beautiful and bold. Wonderful use of language, movement and music, striking production design and such SUCH moving performances. Go see it if you can!
SUNSET SONG by Morna Young last night. A fantastic adaptation that stands tall. A world on the precipice of ending. The last of the old way, bleeding into the red earth of Kinradie. The novel is transformed and reinvented, the production is a stunner. Incredible show. See it!

I just watched Morna Young’s new adaptation of “Sunset Song” at HMT and I didn’t just thole it, I loved it. Danielle Jam was outstanding as Chris Guthrie, yet the small but multi-talented cast all rose to the occasion. Bravo! Morna Young
