I definitely didn't get to see the balloons when I saw this last week! I did see an alive and present night of theatre, though, so that does help a bit with the FOMO.

I've spent three nights in a row Shakespeare North Playhouse: working front of house, attending an artist networking event and in the audience of #SchoolForScandal . I'm so lucky to have such a beautiful venue on my doorstep. I look forward to spending much more time there in all these roles!

Tonight Shakespeare North Playhouse

One year ago I had the privilege of working with the #LightsOnLightsOff ensemble Shakespeare North Playhouse on scenes from each of Shakespeare's First Folio plays. It was an unforgettable experience culminating in performing in the Cockpit Theatre by candlelight.

There'll be so much going on Shakespeare North Playhouse next weekend. Storytelling & writing sessions for families & grown ups too! The amazing Ben Crystal is running a Shakespeare workshop for performers, which I genuinely can't recommend enough. Plus, the theatre is stunning. Check it out!

FANTASTIC NEWS! We have been offered £45,000 by Arts Council England, to produce and tour Joy Unspeakable to theatres and schools in Greater Manchester this Autumn.

It was so lovely to connect with so many creative people at Unity Theatre 🧡. There's going to be lots of amazing things happening there and I can't wait to see them all!

I spent the evening of #WorldTheatreDay watching the vibrant #MyBeautifulLaundrette Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse theatres. Live performance is something special and I love being a part of it, both on and off the stage. Here are some memories of times I've been lucky enough to be the one performing.
