Consumers are allowed to record calls in Canada. The law permits such recordings as long as one person in the conversation is aware the recording is taking place. It's called 'one-party notification'.

Surprising they don't know that homeopathy is quackery. But placebo effect works 30% of the time, so perhaps that misleads people into thinking the products work.

Unfortunately, that's not accurate. Homeopathy is based on the (scientifically unproven) theory that the more an active ingredient is diluted, the stronger it becomes. #quackery
