Day 2 at the Severn Valley Railway finished behind the lovely 37409 ‘Loch Awe’ and she certainly left the punters in awe of her awesomeness! Another great day - roll on tomorrow!

On my final day SVR Diesels Severn Valley Railway #springdieselfestival I’m having a ride behind GB Railfreight 69009 #westernconsort hauling a rake of air brake coaches bringing up the rear is 37409 Loch Awe from Locomotive Services Group before getting a breakfast from Bewdley buffet

#ClassicTraction 37409+37424 storm through Swinton on a test train from Carnforth-Derby RTC,my slightly late running train from Sheffield arrived literally 1 min before...phew!😏

They crept up slowly approaching Arnside Viaduct and this is the moment all hell broke loose. Cumbrian 37s Farewell 37409 37425 Absolute magic.
