There are fears scaffolding surrounding a Glasgow community centre could cost tens of thousands of pounds.

Ruchill Community Centre is being renovated after closing 3 years ago.

Their £262k budget has already taken a hit and have been told another £400k is needed.

UPDATE: Glasgow Life have released the following statement addressing the funding gap and the timeline for reopening the centre.

Glasgow Life have responded saying the cost of the scaffolding will be capped at £18k but have not commented any further.
