The Virginia General Assembly overwhelmingly rejected the Governor's amendment to the Contraceptive Equity Act and they passed by his gutting of the Right to Contraception Act.

.Governor Glenn Youngkin vetoed my bill w/ Marcus Simon protecting doctors + patients from extradition for abortions performed legally in Virginia.

We're the only Southern state w/out any post-Roe abortion restrictions. Our providers must be able to do their jobs w/out fear of prosecution.
