This evening, our partners Capital Market Authority | Rwanda and Crystal Ventures Ltd hosted a networking cocktail to recognize Rwandan financial professionals who recently completed their CFA program.

We hosted a panel discussion on 'Partnerships For Talent Development And Retention'. Our expert panelists shared their insights on how Public-Private Partnerships are fostering talent development and investment expertise in the region.

Earlier today we held a panel discussion themed 'BEYOND THE DESK: Exploring Non-Traditional Careers in Investment and Finance', exploring the dynamic world of finance beyond conventional roles.

A panel discussion on ‘Venture Capital and the Startup Ecosystem’ was held. The panelists provided insights on the emergence of vibrant startup ecosystems and how venture capital funding is driving innovation, job creation, and technology adoption in the region.

This afternoon, we hosted a panel discussion that delved into the benefits and strategies of investing with a gender-lens to empower women, promote gender equality, and drive positive social change featuring Belinda Bwiza, Jean Bosco Iyacu, Mary Njuguna, and Uwamariya Rosine

An insightful panel discussion themed 'ESG Investing: Creating a conducive environment for investors today' was held. Discussions explored how Environmental, Social, and Governance factors are reshaping the investment landscape.

On the sidelines of the conference, an MoU aimed at the promotion of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Qualification Program was signed.

The MoU was signed between Capital Market Authority | Rwanda, Rwanda Finance Ltd, CFA Institute, CFA Society East Africa, and The FinAcco Hub.
