Fueling complete ⛽

Last week, teams NASA's Kennedy Space Center successfully flowed liquid hydrogen and oxygen onto the mobile launcher at Launch Complex 39B to prove both tanks can support the NASA Artemis II mission. Next, teams will test an additional hydrogen tank used to minimize time

60 years ago today—the Little Joe II booster launches Apollo A-001 on a test of the Apollo Command Module's Launch Escape System (LES) at White Sands Missile Range. Except for a parachute failure, the boilerplate spacecraft and LES functioned flawlessly.

Make some space for the II crew!
Orion’s seats are designed to be folded and stowed to make more room for our crew as they fly to the Moon. The Artemis II crew recently practiced procedures to stow their seats during training at NASA's Johnson Space Center.
