We’re particularly grateful to our butterfly orchid species champion Carolyn Thomas MS / AS for organising an incredible Senedd biodiversity event and being a tireless champion for Welsh plants!

We talked about the important role species rich grassland can play in supporting biodiversity, carbon sequestration and agriculture resilience at a time of change for farming across Wales.

Today we met with members of the Senedd and discussed the importance of grassland and temperate rainforest in Wales. It was fantastic to hear the passion so many members have for nature recovery and how deeply engaged they are with conservation.

We are one week into #NoMowMay !🤯
