Each experience tells you something about yourself if you let it.

When we think we have all the answers.. we cripple ourselves from getting answers.

I accept and appreciate that I am flawed. Hopefully each day I can work on taking more ownership of those flaws possibly work to improve those that need improvement and be curious enough to create new ones.

We have less control than we think. Yet we can control how we react to what life deals us. Try and put more focus towards this path.

Strive for more relational and less transactional.

When it hits the fan… and it will, adaptability and creativity are far more productive than panic.

Since we constantly evolve and change, bring that understanding into relationships and allow those you love the same privileges of change and growth.

Appreciate more. There may come a time where the everyday things we complain about or that frustrate us are things we long for.

Be brave enough to be you. Be humble enough to listen and learn.

If it is important, make it important.

Be curious. There’s far more out there than you think.

Silence bonds to nothing.

When we find ourselves drifting towards or feeling trapped in environments of negative reinforcement, let’s never forget that we are all worthy of love and work on a path to a new environment.

The goal shouldn’t be to become identical, it should be more about wanting to understand each other.

“Don’t judge” is impossible. Shift effort to realizing when we do judge, and if it isn’t a life or death situation, calm down take some time and try to see as many angles as you can.

We can’t always attack the day, but work hard to embrace it as much as possible.

The physical aspects of WWE are just one part of being a Superstar. Who you are when the cameras matters just as much as when you’re under the bright lights.
