Back in #Vienna after very fruitful visit by Helga Maria Schmid of OSCE to #Helsinki 🇫🇮.
 
Today she had meetings with the President Alexander Stubb, and in SuomenEduskunta, in the Foreign Affairs Committee, Committee for the Future and of course the Finnish OSCE PA Delegation.

It was good to meet with Secretary General Helga Maria Schmid.

Finland is well prepared for the forthcoming Chairmanship of OSCE in 2025. We also discussed the role of OSCE in supporting Ukraine and regional activities of OSCE.

Grateful for Finnish warm hospitality and for insightful discussions in preparation for 🇫🇮 2025 OSCE Chair.

The OSCE principles were first agreed upon here in Helsinki. #Finland has all the tools and means to succeed, and can count on the Secretariat’s full support.
