This is exactly the issue. At the moment there is no service available that can mimic family input & with growing numbers of older ppl without adult children & family sizes in general decreasing so fewer nieces & nephews how do we fill this gap so ppl AWOC not disadvantaged?

Ageing without children - legacy can be found in the lives that you touch now.
