In European countries, it’s 10x as many

Which is why we have a crumbling water network & yet somehow, some of the highest bills

Our basement flooded with sewage wastewater, which is used to test for viruses like SARS.
it sat for 2 weeks. damaging furnace, so no AC, washer/dryer, wardrobe, rugs, linens.

Now It’s still unsanitary.
Please help me share that we are in dire need.
