This Kentmere Pike and Harter Fell walk is an easy navigation route from the ‘forgotten valley’ of Longsleddale. Great views of virtually all the main #LakeDistrict peaks. Cross Fell and even Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales can also be seen. Details at tinyurl.com/2s4kw9ju

Day one complete…. Tired children have walked up Whernside and ingleborough. What an achievement! Thank you to all of the staff supporting them and to Mr. Newman for enthusiastically planning and the day and leading them to do something out of the ordinary.
