Starmer says he can't scrap the Tories two child benefit cap.

He could pay for it by reversing the Tory cuts to Corporation Tax, which he promised to do, or equalising CGT with Income Tax, which he's previously said would be a fair thing to do. But he won't.

Priorities, eh?
