Nigel Eccles It would have to be closer to the design of Solana, Avalanche or Fantom, or newer guys like Aptos and Sui. Ultimately the issue isn’t the tech or speed but rather fragmentation of atomic composability. Eg all chain gas tokens become shitcoins

Nigel Eccles L2s are not heterogeneous networks. Are not censorship resistant. Can rollback the chain. Have small number of centralized company owned nodes. How exactly would they become L1s?
