Croydon University Hospital’s new Intensive Treatment Unit (ITU) enjoyed its official opening with representatives from Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Kier Construction, staff and key stakeholders.

We have recently completed our works on the children’s ward at North Middlesex University Hospital for North Mid NHS Trust. Works included the refurbishment of the T2 Wing to create the new 17 bed Rainbow Ward, dedicated to caring for young people, children and babies.

Progress on our 135 Park Street site in London for Barings and LBS Properties is going well, with the core now finished and the slabs completed to level 11. Internal blockwork and screeding are progressing well, and the MEP installation has started.

Progress is going well on our Marylebone Square site for Concord London Developments Limited in London, the main street scaffold has now been removed and the ground floor façade is nearing completion. The external works are progressing well, with the public realm works advancing on all elevations.
