We’re working closely with our Northern Health partners to assist in the evacuations, sending both ground & air resources.

Thinking of people evacuated from Fort Nelson and Fort Nelson First Nation as wildfire activity grows close to their communities. BC Wildfire service is responding and we will be working around the clock to support people.

Today, @RajChouhan, Burnaby Mayor's Office, @TerryBeech and I broke ground on 130 new homes.

We also opened the Eunice Oh Residence: 25 new homes for seniors and people living with disabilities.

And announced renovations to 348 affordable homes for seniors.
