I had a great meeting with US Ambassador to Canada, David Cohen and US Consul General Lyra S. Carr. We covered the challenges and opportunities cities face dealing with mental health issues, drug addiction crisises, as well as Charlottetown’s commitment to combat climate change.

Catherine Hennessey was recognized today by Charlottetown Mayor Philip Brown, Minister Jenn Redmond and executive director Matthew MacKay for her role in the creation of the PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation 50 years ago, and having served as its first executive director.
