First Minister John Swinney attended the ground-breaking of Ardersier Port in Inverness, operated by Haventus.
The company has secured a £100 million loan from The Scottish National Investment Bank and UK Infrastructure Bank to develop the Port into an energy transition facility, supporting offshore windfarms.

I congratulate Sadiq Khan on his historic re-election. His victory is all the more significant given it was in the face of a climate denying, xenophobic opposition campaign. A victory for progressive values.
