The OCC Public Health Team enjoyed a visit to Oxrad to meet Sue and Ross from Aspire Aspire Oxford. They shared the success of the 6 week Healthy Lifestyles groups, which offers exercise and lots of support. The benefits of the Healthy Hearts Grant is obvious - great work!
